Warehouse Picker /Voice Picking

Programmed are seeking experienced and reliable Warehouse Pickers to join a fast‑paced distribution center client, servicing global chain. This role is ideal for candidates with strong warehouse experience who are dependable, safety‑focused, and comfortable working across temperature‑controlled environments.

What’s on Offer

• Afternoon Shift: 2:45pm – 10:15pm
• Monday to Friday, potential weekend
• Work with a global FMCG supply chain leader

Key Duties

• Voice picking across Dry, Chilled, and Frozen zones
• Pick and pack food products accurately and efficiently
• Operating ride-on tuggers and walk-behind pallet movers
• Following OH&S and Food Safety standards
• Willingness to be cross trained across all departments

Essential Requirements

• Voice picking experience – mandatory
• Proven warehouse pick & pack experience
• Comfortable operating ride-on / tugger equipment

Willingness to work in:

• Dry Ambient
• Chilled (2°C to 5°C)
• Frozen (-17°C to -21°C)
• High level of reliability and punctuality
• Flexible to work 4–5 shifts per week + OT
• Sound knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety
• Positive, honest, and team-focused attitude

Highly Desirable

• Freezer picking experience
• Cold storage environment experience
